Is it really Ice Cream? |

Ice cream was first served in the 17th
century by a French chef named DeMirco. Its taste was good
that Charles 1 of England promptly made it a unique delicacy,
which would only be served at his royal banquets. In 1649
King Charles fell into disfavour to and loved by everyone.
After a few hundred years since its invention, ice cream is
now taking a new form. It is no longer 'cream' like, but has
adopted the shape of miniature pearls!

The Dotz! story is one that begins
as a proposition in 2002.
Mr. Dilip Jagad a Chartered Accountant
by profession and associated with a pharmaceutical company,
having in house infrastructure for research and developement
experimented with the concept of "Free flowing ice cream".
Mr. Dilip Jagad also informed about this concept to his friends
namely Mr. Manish Vithalani, Mr. Jayesh
Mamtora (in ice cream business for last two decades)
and Mr. Mukesh Masalia (friend
at mumbai).With the help of Manish, Jayesh and Mukesh and
after trying thousands of different recipes and through the
help of biotechnology and advanced scientific research it
was possible to make free flowing ice cream.
After two years of experiment, this pearl shaped ice cream
was introduced in India known as DOTZ!
the GENX ICE CREAM.This new generation of ice cream
was launched in India for the first time on 31-5-2004 from
Pune.
The Quick Freezing proved to lock in both flavor and freshness
in a way that no other ice cream could offer!
Its a whole new generation of ice cream, its also called 3D
ice cream.
Dotz! the Genx Ice Cream is available at all metro cities
of India like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkatta, Chennai, Surat, Ahmedabad,
Pune and Hyderabad. Dotz! will find its presence at thousands
of shopping malls, amusement parks, water parks, fairs and
festivals worldwide.
